Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Courtney Cosenza, licensed Realtor® serving the Greater Columbus and Dayton markets! I have been active in Real Estate since 2022 but my sales career stems back to 2015. After graduating from Ohio University I began a career in IT sales and consulting. The combination of working with individuals in varying industries gave me great insights into the Columbus marketplace and allowed me to foster strong connections. 

Navigating amongst different industries and countless professionals enabled me to better understand my strengths as a salesperson. It’s hard to know what you want you to do with your life if you’re unsure what you’re good at. I’m grateful to my IT career for shedding light on my strengths and allowing me to better understand my passions. 

In 2021 I made the decision to leave IT consulting and venture into the world of Real Estate. This was a scary leap as I was leaving my comfort zone. I kept reminding myself that, while a comfort zone can be a beautiful place, nothing ever grows there. I dipped my feet in slowly gaining experience working for a custom home builder. 

I obtained my license in February of 2022, just a few weeks before my husband and I welcomed our first child into the world. What a whirlwind that was!
